At Wellington Cowork we want our members to be happy. If you decide Wellington Cowork is not right for you, we will send a refund of the days remaining in your membership if the cancelation is made within 7 days of signing up for the Monthly Membership, or within 1 month of signing up for the yearly membership.

This Privacy and Data Retention Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. We may collect contact information, identification information, usage data, and payment details. Your information is used to provide and improve our services, verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you. We retain your personal information as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law. We implement security measures to protect your data and do not sell or trade your information. You have the right to access, review, and request corrections to your personal information. Changes to this policy will be posted on our website. Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services at Wellington CoWork, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and any other guidelines, rules, and additional terms provided during your use of the space. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
2. Membership
Memberships, day passes, and services offered by Wellington CoWork are subject to the terms outlined in your agreement. We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges if any part of these terms is violated. Access to our facilities is dependent on payment being up-to-date and in good standing.
3. Access & Security
Members will be provided with access to the space, subject to their membership plan. Each member is responsible for their own access, which may not be shared with third parties. All members must respect Wellington CoWork’s hours and policies for using different areas of the space. In the case of lost keys or access devices, please notify us immediately.
4. Code of Conduct
Members must maintain professionalism and respect toward other members, staff, and the facilities. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in termination of membership without refund.
5. Use of Space
Members are responsible for ensuring that the spaces they use, such as offices, meeting rooms, and common areas, are maintained in a clean and professional manner. All furniture, equipment, and shared amenities must be treated with care. The use of space should be within the agreed hours unless specific arrangements are made. Booking of rooms and amenities must be respected, and members must adhere to the reserved time slots.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Membership cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the membership type, refunds may be issued, or partial billing may apply. Day passes and short-term bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Liability
Wellington CoWork is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the use of its facilities. Members are responsible for their own personal and property insurance if desired. This includes protection against theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.
8. Health & Safety
Members agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by Wellington CoWork, including fire exits, emergency procedures, and any government-mandated safety regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
Wellington CoWork does not claim ownership of content or work generated by members within the space. However, by using our shared amenities (e.g., internet, printers), members agree not to engage in illegal activities such as copyright infringement, hacking, or any form of unauthorized access to systems.
10. Internet Use
Members agree to use the provided internet responsibly and refrain from activities that could compromise the network or its security. Illegal downloading, hacking, or any form of cyber attacks are strictly prohibited.
11. Termination of Services
Wellington CoWork reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-compliance with the terms outlined in this agreement or for any behavior that disrupts the coworking environment. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
12. Privacy
We respect the privacy of our members and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent. Any data collected during the use of our facilities (e.g., for booking systems) will be stored securely.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes or legal actions must be resolved within the jurisdiction of Ontario.
